We will provide service and products that move and reassure our customers.

  1. Each of us will assure that the required quality, cost, and delivery schedules are fully integrated in every process to deliver complete customer satisfaction.
  2. We will assure that we strictly comply with customers' requirements and stick to QMS (Quality Management System), not to mention abiding by all related laws and regulations.
  3. We will strive to enhance performance of our products by continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness of the QMS.
  4. We will set quality goals every fiscal year and strive to achieve them through TQM activities.

Environment Policy
Environment

We, at Tamagawa Seiki Co., Ltd., aim to harmonize with the earth environment and to promote the environmental improvement activities on the basis of the following policies when developing, manufacturing, and selling our instrument motors, control sensors, and automatic control systems.

  1. We will observe all related laws and regulations as the enterprise blessed with beautiful naturalenvironment, and will actively participate in measures and policies proposed by the national or local government.
  2. We will grasp the influence that our business activities, products, and service may exert on the environment, and will set environmental goals, striving for continual environmental improvement and prevention of contamination by regularly reviewing our goals and achievements. In particular, we will give priority to the following matters to reduce environmental burdens.
    (1) Provision of products that contribute to reduction of environmental burdens
    (2) Promotion of energy saving activities to prevent global warming
    (3) Promotion of reduction, reuse, and recycling of industrial waste.
    (4) Promotion of Green Procurement and control of materials that have adverse environmental effects
  3. As a responsible member of our local community, we will strengthen cooperation with other enterprises and organizations to contribute to the environmental improvement activities for the whole local community, having all the time to try out innovative approaches.
  4. We will implement this policy, maintain it, and make it known thoroughly to all employees.
